Flat Fee Agents

  • $0 Monthly Fee
  • $450/transaction for the first 20
  • $250/transaction after 20 for the remainder of your anniversary year

Premier Agents

  • $0 Monthly Fee
  • 50/50 Split + a $250/transaction (no cap)
  • 70/30 Sphere + $250/transaction (no cap)
  • 80/20 Sphere + $250/transaction (no cap) after you hit $12M in Production
  • 90/10 Sphere + $250/transaction (no cap) after you hit $25M in Production
  • CRM included
  • Personalized IDX Website Included

New Agent Mentorship Program

  • Training/Mentorship for all new agents
  • First 3 transactions
  • 50/50 split + a $250 brokerage fee

SGR Training

  • Available to all SGR Agents
  • Held 1X weekly
  • Training calendar provided to all SGR Agents
  • Cost – $0

Referrals

  • All referrals will have a $450 brokerage fee per transaction
  • Should the total referral amount be $900 or less, the referral amount will change to a 50/50 split
  • Sphere Referral within Sweet Group, the referring agent is not charged a transaction fee
  • Lead Referral within Sweet Group must be to lead agents only, referring agent to receive a flat fee of $250
